Thanks to COVID-19, churches are experiencing a decline in volunteers. What would happen if we made the shift from recruiting volunteers to equipping servants? The ministry of every church relies on the ministry of the laity. This session will explore ways to equip the laity to serve in and through the church for disciple-making.
