About this workshop
Humans are social beings. We want to understand the people we interact within our daily lives, and we want to be understood. Many researchers mention that empathy enhances our relationships and helps us function more effectively and happily alongside each other. Throughout this workshop, we will understand what empathy is and learn how to work to increase our empathy levels.
