William (Bill) Gray

In response to a call to lay ministry, I joined Floris UMC staff as the Director of Grow Ministries in 2013 after a long career in Telecommunications and other corporate settings. During the ensuing years, I have worked with a great team of clergy and laity to bring programs and discipleship opportunities to our adult, student and children ministry areas. I graduated from Wesley Seminary in 2018 with my Masters in Theology where I began an earnest journey into the contemplative tradition. I continue to use my education, my gifts and my calling to help others discover their discipleship path to deepen their faith in Christ and their desire to lead the Christian life.
